First, we carefully check the condition of your dog’s skin and coat, followed by thorough brushing.
Proper brushing removes excess undercoat that causes shedding and creates airflow near the roots of the fur.
Improved ventilation helps maintain a healthy skin condition and makes body temperature regulation easier.
It also improves coat texture and shine while helping prevent skin irritation and skin disease, making it especially effective for dogs that shed heavily.

Condition Check
First, we carefully check the condition of your dog’s skin and coat before gently brushing them.
Taking time to brush thoroughly helps improve blood circulation and allows your dog to feel relaxed and comfortable, helping build trust with the groomer.
Nail Trimming
At ONE LUKE, we avoid trimming nails too close to the blood vessels.
Paws are one of the most sensitive parts of a dog’s body. Since trimming near the nerves can cause discomfort, we keep nail trimming minimal and finish with gentle filing.
※For dogs that dislike nail trimming, we can shape the nails using only a file.
Paw Pad Trimming
If the hair growing between the paw pads becomes too long, dogs may slip and injure themselves or lick dirty fur and become unwell.
We carefully trim excess hair around the paw pads to maintain a clean, healthy, and well-ventilated condition.
Ear Cleaning
The inside of a dog’s ears can easily collect dirt and bacteria, so we carefully clean them to maintain hygiene.
To ensure your dog feels no discomfort, we gently trim the hair inside the ears with specialized scissors and clean them thoroughly with care and patience.
Anal Gland Expression
Although it varies by dog, many dogs have anal glands that can easily become blocked and difficult to empty naturally.
If left untreated, the anal gland sacs may rupture, sometimes causing bloody discharge.
We recommend regular anal gland expression about once a month to help keep your dog healthy and comfortable.
Shampoo & Rinse
At ONE LUKE, we offer a wide range of shampoos and conditioners made with organic ingredients.
We carefully select products based on your dog’s skin condition and coat type, creating a rich lather to thoroughly remove dirt and impurities.
Using water at around 38°C, close to your dog’s body temperature, we gently rinse little by little so even dogs that dislike water can feel calm and relaxed.
Drying
A dog’s skin is more delicate than human skin.
Improper drying can lead to dry skin and damage the quality of the coat.
Excessive hot air can also damage the hair cuticle, so we first absorb moisture thoroughly with highly absorbent towels and carefully towel dry before finishing with a low-airflow dryer designed specifically for dogs.

We groom your dog to look as adorable as possible while considering their body type, lifestyle, and your personal preferences.
