At ONE LUKE Group, none of our hotels use metal cages.
Each location features custom-made private rooms crafted by skilled professionals.
Even within limited space, we want pets to stay as comfortably as possible, which is why all of our rooms are designed to be significantly larger than standard pet hotel rooms.

ONE LUKE Group has established emergency response procedures shared across all locations.
Each store also partners with nearby animal hospitals, and our staff regularly participate in training sessions led by veterinary nurses so we can respond quickly to sudden health issues or emergencies.
We maintain a high standard of care and preparedness for your beloved family members.

Walks are conducted one pet at a time in a safe and controlled environment.

We serve the regular food that you bring from home.
Bedtime
Pets sleep comfortably in their own private rooms.

Wake-Up
We clean the rooms and start the day fresh.

Morning walks are conducted one pet at a time in a safe environment.

We serve the regular food that you bring from home.
Pick-Up
We confirm your belongings and provide an update on how your pet stayed during their hotel visit.

Overnight Stay Plan
- Overnight stays are calculated on a 24-hour basis from the check-in time.
- If the stay exceeds the reserved time, an extension fee will be charged.※ If the stay exceeds 28 hours from the check-in time:
One overnight stay fee + 4 hours of extension fees (Initial 1-hour daycare fee + 3 hours of extension fees) - If daycare exceeds 10 hours, it will automatically be changed to an overnight stay plan.※Please note that charges may become higher than the overnight stay fee if daycare exceeds 10 hours, therefore the plan will be changed to the overnight stay rate.
